How long does it take to prepare my order?
Every product is customized by hand. Preparation takes 7 business days from order confirmation, plus shipping time.

How much does shipping cost?
In Italy, shipping is free for orders over €50. Below this threshold, it costs €9.90. For international orders, the cost is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE. The cost and delivery times are shown at checkout based on the country.

Can I buy the patches on their own?
YES, YOU CAN FIND THEM IN THE PATCHES SECTION.

How are the patches applied?
THE PATCHES ARE HEAT-SEALED in your chosen position. If a position is not feasible, we will contact you before proceeding.

Can I change my order after placing it?
You can request changes within 24 hours of confirmation by writing to info@fiwa.it. After that, the product may already be in production.

Can I return a customized product?
Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
Check the package upon delivery. If it is damaged, accept it with reservation or refuse it, and write to us within 48 hours at info@fiwa.it with photos of the package and the product.

Can I pick it up in store?
YES, CHOOSE "IN-STORE PICKUP" AT CHECKOUT.

Do you offer prices for groups, schools, or companies?
Yes! Write to us at info@fiwa.it indicating the quantity and products, and we will send you a quote.
